Hi my readers... this is one of the pages from the popular "Popular Science" magazine. This is dates Aug 1925 and .. the reason i posted is ... u ll understand while seeing it.. 

here is a solution for traffic congestion, lack of living place and population explosion....  The only thing missing in the puzzle is food / agri farms and production facility.
